Getting Wet!
Have you been told you should try getting in the water to help reduce your pain? Do you think that might be a great idea but have NO idea what to do once you get to the pool? Here are 5 videos to help you get some ideas for pool exercises to reduce back and SI Joint pain.
Just laying in the water can even be helpful. My desire is to give a range of exercise options from hardly being able to move all the way through to some cardio and ab work. Find your groove, and play with these ideas. If you get nothing else, please take away that movement/ exercise should not be a burden, but should be FUN!
